How coverage works
Windows laptops
1 to 3 years of coverage depending on the model — the exact term is shown on every product page before you buy.
Apple devices
MacBooks and Macs carry Apple's official worldwide warranty and are serviced at official Apple repair centers.
Sealed on arrival
You receive the laptop in its original sealed box and open it yourself. Inspect first, pay after.
One-chat claims
Something wrong? Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we handle the claim from there.
Questions we get every day
Are these laptops really brand new — not refurbished?
Yes. Everything we sell is 100% brand new in the original sealed box. We never sell refurbished, open-box, or used machines. You break the seal yourself.
How do I claim warranty if something goes wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp (+961 81 563 438) with your name and the model. For Windows laptops we coordinate the repair or replacement under the model's 1–3 year coverage. For Apple devices, service goes through Apple's official repair centers — we'll point you to the nearest one and help you check your coverage.
How does delivery and payment work?
We deliver across Lebanon or you can pick up from Matn. Payment is on delivery or in store — cash in USD. Delivery timing and any fee are confirmed in the WhatsApp chat before you commit.
Are prices final? Why USD?
All prices are listed in US dollars — the standard for electronics in Lebanon. The price you see is the price we confirm on WhatsApp, with no hidden fees. Stock and pricing can move fast, so final confirmation always happens in the chat.
Can you get a model that's not on the site?
Very likely, yes. We source on request — send us the exact model number (or even a screenshot) and we'll quote availability and price, usually within hours.
Do you install Windows, Office, or transfer my files?
Many of our laptops ship with Windows 11 preinstalled (it's listed in the specs). For DOS models or anything extra — setup, software, data transfer — just ask on WhatsApp and we'll sort you out.
